For content produced by third parties, the relevant producer, studio, uploader, or creator is responsible for required age and identity records.
Records and Requests
If a specific record-keeping statement, custodian information, or producer identification applies to particular content, it should be supplied by the producer or rights holder responsible for that content.

No Minors
PornJitt prohibits content involving minors and requires that all persons depicted in adult content be adults at the time of production.
